Manufacturing Team Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet manufacturing schedules and produce the required volume and product mix.
- Support problem-solving for plant and equipment to achieve quality and production goals.
- Achieve productivity, quality, and cost objectives.
- Contribute to creating work instructions and operations procedures.
- Complete performance excellence assessments and development plans.
- Lead efforts to protect human health, safety, and the environment.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies.

Education and Experience:
- Third-level qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Science, Business, or a trade certificate in Engineering.
- 4 years of experience in a similar environment preferred.
- Experience in strategic gross margin improvement projects.
- Team leadership experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
