Market Launch Manager (GTM & Programmes) – German Speaking
The Opportunity
We are partnering with a global technology organisation to launch a new B2B product in the German market. They are seeking an experienced Market Launch / Go-to-Market Manager to own the end-to-end country launch strategy, execute scaled marketing programmes, and drive awareness, adoption, and commercial impact across Germany.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with strong exposure to senior stakeholders, sales leadership, and regional marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the Germany Go-to-Market launch plan, translating global strategy into locally relevant programmes
- Build and deliver scaled, multi-channel marketing programmes to drive awareness, consideration, and adoption
- Adapt global campaigns for local market relevance, incorporating regional insights and feedback
- Partner closely with Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- Manage multi-touch campaigns, including digital, content, events, webinars, and partner activities
- Activate and manage local influencer and channel partner marketing initiatives
- Ensure compliance and regulatory alignment, coordinating with legal and enablement teams
- Track performance and report impact to senior stakeholders, including pipeline influence and revenue contribution
- Act as the in-market launch lead and evangelist for the programme
Required Experience
- 5–10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within tech or SaaS
- Proven country GTM / market launch experience (Germany)
- Native or near-native German and strong English for international collaboration
- Strong stakeholder management skills in matrixed, cross-functional environments
- Demonstrated ability to execute at pace, manage multiple workstreams, and meet deadlines
- Solid background in campaign and programme management, from planning to reporting
Nice to Have
- Experience in HR tech, L&D tech, or enterprise software
- Event and webinar programme experience
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking funnel and commercial KPIs

Contract & Package
- Contract role: Ends beginning of November 2026
- Salary range: €65,000 – €72,000 (depending on experience)
- Holidays: 25 days
- Hybrid working: Wednesdays and one additional day of your choice
