CPL UK are looking for an experienced Band 6 Multi-Disciplinary Pathway Worker to work full time with a client in the Gillingham area as part of the Medway Young Person’s Wellbeing Service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To support duty on Tuesday and Thursday's.
- To complete initial assessments where required.
- To support with clinical harm reviews and cleansing of caseloads.
HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. Tuesdays & Thursdays in the clinic to cover duty.
PAY RATE: £27 - £29 p/h
REQUIREMENTS:
- Successful candidate will be a Nurse, OT or Social Worker.
- CAHMS Experience of at least 2 years.
- Duty experience / assessment experience.
