Your Role: Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process customer orders, including data entry and evaluation
- Confirm order receipts and communicate scheduled shipping dates to customers
- Collaborate with the Level 2 support team to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Interpret customer contracts and quotes, ensuring compliance with terms, special instructions, and revenue recognition policies
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in both German and English
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Salesforce, Oracle, or ERP systems is a strong advantage
- Prior experience in an administrative or office-based role
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
