Partner Development Manager
Contract €350 - €425 per day

The PDM within Microsoft plays a critical role in driving partner success across EMEA by enabling digital transformation, accelerating Microsoft solution adoption, and leveraging AI capabilities to deliver business outcomes. This role focuses on building and nurturing a portfolio of strategic partners, ensuring alignment with our Microsofts priorities, and orchestrating resources to maximize partner impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner Portfolio Management:
o Own and manage a defined set of partners across EMEA, ensuring strong alignment to Microsoft’s solution areas and growth priorities.
o Drive partner business planning, execution, and performance management.
• AI & Cloud Adoption:
o Direct partners to integrate Microsoft AI capabilities (Copilot, Azure AI, and industry-specific solutions) into their offerings.
o Promote AI-driven scenarios in Education K14 segment to accelerate customer value.
• Sales & Revenue Growth:
o Achieve revenue, consumption, and usage targets through partner-led motions.
o Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities leveraging AI and cloud solutions.
• Orchestration & Collaboration:
o Coordinate with the partners internal teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Services) and management stakeholders to drive partner success.
o Partner with Elevate (ATU, STU. PSS/PDM) and SME&C teams (PDM) in driving accountability on activities e.g. Renewals focus, Pipeline generation, Account engagement etc.
• Compliance & Governance:
o Ensure adherence to Microsoft compliance standards and partner program requirements.
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience in partner/channel management, business development, or sales in the tech industry.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud (Azure, M365) and AI solutions.
• Ability to manage complex relationships across multiple geographies and cultures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Business level English and French language

• Familiarity with AI-driven business models and partner enablement strategies.
• Experience in EMEA markets with multilingual capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with ability to use data for decision-making.
• Experience in / understanding of the Education sector.
