Cpl Healthcare has the pleasure to announce we have partnered up with a Social Care provider who specialises in providing residential support to separated children seeking international protection.

We are currently accepting CVs from Experienced Social Care Professionals for the role of Person in Charge in their Residential Care Home based in Louth.

Successful candidates will manage a staff team and work alongside a multidisciplinary team to support Separated Children Seeking International Protection.

The ideal candidate will have:

·        Essential 3+ years demonstrable management experience in a similar setting

·        Experience of managing and working collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders, as relevant to this role

·        Experience in supervising and leading others

·        Experience of working with young persons

·        Relevant experience in providing care in a community setting

·        Excellent experience of report writing
