Mobile HVAC Maintenance Plumbers
Location: Various Sites around Dublin (Government, Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Industrial)

About the Role
We are seeking a trade certified plumber with experienced in plumbing maintenance to include HVAC Maintenance to join a dedicated engineering team supporting a wide range of sites, including government buildings, commercial offices, hospitals, educational facilities and select industrial environments. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and proactive trades person looking for varied, hands-on work across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of HVAC systems.
Service and maintain air handling units, boilers, boosted water pumps, filler units, and LPHW/CHW vessels.
Diagnose and repair issues on fan coil units, leaking valves, burst water boilers and associated plant.
Ensure all works are completed to industry standards and in line with health & safety requirements.
Provide clear reporting, documentation and communication with the wider engineering team.
Support reliable operation of building services in live, critical and public-facing environments.
About You
Proven experience in building services maintenance (PPM & reactive).
Strong mechanical skills with the ability to fault-find and carry out corrective repairs.
Comfortable working independently across multiple client sites.
Good communication skills and a professional approach when working in sensitive or public-sector environments.
Relevant HVAC or plumbing / mechanical qualification
