Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record supporting and leading change within a healthcare setting – public/private sector digital transformation exposure.
An immediate contact opportunity, ballpark daily rate €500.
Role –
This project management role will entail working closely with clinical analysts to analyse business requirements including clinical pathways and operational workflows. You will need to have a working knowledge of clinical ICT solutions.
You will maintain close working relationships with key stakeholders in the assigned clinical areas of project responsibility including clinicians and executives and work closely with the Programme Lead.
Skills required –
At least 3-5 years experience as a Project Manager driving change in a hospital environment
Full project lifecycle, governance, best practice approach
An experienced business analyst and someone that is happy to be hands on with the detail
Consultative and agile with a strong client focus
Project Management qualification
Change Management, an enabler and facilitator of change
Positive, can do attitude, good influencing skills
A clinical background is advantageous
Excellent vendor management skills
Passionate about healthcare, healthcare reform and patient care
Proven track record in writing requirements and tracking these through development test and deployment
Previous experience on large scale digital transformation projects
