Proposition & Retention Manager – Mobile (Maternity Cover)
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
Contract: Maternity Cover 12 Months
We’re looking for a commercially savvy, customer-obsessed Proposition & Retention Manager to join a leading Irish mobile brand on a maternity cover contract. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of commercial strategy, product innovation, and customer experience.
You will take ownership of the base management strategy and execution, driving customer growth, loyalty, and revenue by creating compelling propositions that retain and delight existing users.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Lead retention, loyalty, and upsell initiatives using market and customer insights to shape winning campaigns.
· Design targeted campaigns to reduce churn, reactivate inactive accounts, and respond to market trends with competitive offers.
· Own the go-to-market process for all base management activity, collaborating with CRM, Digital, Data, and Sales teams to deliver commercially impactful campaigns.
· Track and report on campaign performance and commercial KPIs, optimising strategies for maximum customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
· Champion the in-life customer journey, working closely with CX to identify and fix pain points, improve engagement, and increase tenure.
· Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring all proposition changes—whether pricing, promotions, or tactical offers—are customer-led.
· Support website updates, functionality, and performance, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and compliance standards.
What We’re Looking For
· 3–5 years’ experience in product, proposition, or commercial management within the telecoms or mobile market.
· Proven success designing and executing base management campaigns in a competitive environment.
· Solid understanding of marketing and social media campaigns, with experience in omni-channel and retail environments.
· Strong commercial acumen with the ability to turn strategy into actionable plans across multiple touchpoints.
· Data-driven, detail-focused, and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
· Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across all levels.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in both leading and executing initiatives.
