The role:

·       Responsible for maintaining the purchase ledger

·       Purchase invoice processing including matching invoices with purchase orders and goods received notes

·       Liaising with suppliers and resolving queries

·       Ensure procedures are adhered to by suppliers and internal departments

·       Reconciling supplier statements

What we’re looking for:

·       2 years experience in a similar role

·       Experience using excel and MS packages

·       Good attention to detail

·       Excellent communication skills written & Verbal
