Quality Analyst – Hungarian & English Speaker | Dublin, Ireland
We are looking for Quality Analysts to join a global operations team supporting high standards in content moderation and operational delivery. These roles focus on maintaining and improving quality performance, coaching team members, and ensuring adherence to agreed business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enhance employee performance through quality coaching and training.
- Support Market Team Leads in educating and developing Reps.
- Provide ongoing feedback and performance guidance to team members.
- Assist with quality systems, audits, and reporting.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and improve operational delivery.
- Mentor auditors and provide just-in-time training on policies and tools.
- Support investigations and escalations of inaccurate decisions to identify root causes.
- Prepare and distribute reports, develop process documentation, and contribute to operational improvement initiatives.
- Participate in professional development and team meetings as required.
- Perform other ad hoc duties to meet business needs.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Level 7).
- Prior experience in QA, Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, or Content Quality Assurance in the social media industry.
- Proficiency in English (C1 or above) and the relevant market language.
- Deep understanding of local culture and social trends.
- Proficient in Excel and capable of performing both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- General understanding of AI is advantageous.
- Flexible to work across shifts and adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high quality standards.
