Cpl Healthcare in partnership with our client is recruiting an experienced Quality Manager; this is a full-time permanent position. Our client is a well-known nursing home groups with nursing homes located across the country.
The role of the Quality Manager to lead and implement quality and governance initiatives across our homes. This is a pivotal role focused on ensuring high standards of person-centered care, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
The role is based in the Midlands Region – covering homes within this region
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quality assurance systems and audits across all homes
- Mentor and support Persons in Charge (PICs) in clinical governance
- Develop and implement policies aligned with national standards
- Oversee safeguarding frameworks and risk management
- Deliver training and promote a culture of learning and innovation
- Provide strategic insights and reporting to senior leadership
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse with current NMBI registration
- Postgraduate qualification in healthcare management or quality improvement (essential)
- 3–5 years’ experience in a healthcare quality or compliance role
- Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and person-centred care
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Full Irish driver’s license and willingness to travel
