The Role:
The Quality Systems & Compliance officer will support the review and development of the existing Quality System framework and work with the various stakeholders to ensure compliance and process excellence and for Redfaire as a leader in our field.
Reporting to the XXXXX, responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
• Quality Systems Assessment: Review and assess the current QS processes and complete a GAP analysis.
• Liaising with technology teams (and any other required teams) to understand and capture content for all policies, procedures and any documentation supporting our compliance programs.
• Work with business stakeholders to generate a plan to implement agreed processes and actions in line with compliance and certification timelines.
• Train and update relevant staff on the QS requirements to ensure ongoing compliance
• Support the Quality, Regulatory Management Systems and maintenance of certifications for Redfaire UK & Ireland through actions such as Auditing, Creation/review of SOPs, Change control, Complaints/vigilance, Preparation and submission of data for monthly, quarterly and annual reports (KPIs)
• Support the delivery of relevant training requirements such as Quality, Regulatory etc..
