Our public sector services client, based in Dublin West, have an exciting requirement for a Recruitment focused HRBP to join their team, for a contract up to June 2026 2024. The successful candidate will join to support a peak recruitment activity time, conducting full lifecycle recruitment. The role will involve some travel within Ireland to attend interviews and offers hybrid working with 3 days onsite.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
- Manage key stakeholder relationships to gain a full understanding of role requirements and suitable profiles.
- Full life-cycle management to include job posting, screening, interview coordination and interview preparation
- Conduct both internal and external interviews
- Advise on selection and assessment of candidates, in line with company standards.
- Preparation of offer letters, contracts and relevant employment documentation
- Provide support to other areas of Human Resources as required, based on business needs.
EXPEREINCE REQUIRED
- Third-level qualification in a relevant discipline such as Human Resources or Business/Commerce
- 4+ years recruitment experience
- A full Category B driving licence
- Experience in sourcing, networking, employee referrals, job boards, working with agencies, and attending job fairs
- ATS and recruitment reporting knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
