Purpose of the Role:
Our co-ordination team are responsible for accurate and professional recruitment administration including pre-employment screening.
What is the opportunity?
You will work with market leading technology and tools to ensure all recruitment requirements are met from a screening and regulatory perspective. Working closely with our colleagues in HR and throughout the business your day-to-day and project work will directly contribute to Bank of Ireland delivering on its purpose.
Key Accountabilities:
- Coordinating the effective running of the administrative processes involved with recruitment
- Manage the end to end screening process of internal and external applicants, in line with Group Resourcing policies and procedures
- Provide support and advice on our recruitment process, policies and procedures
- Be accessible and responsive, clearly communicating throughout the recruitment process with all stakeholders
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Evidence of strong customer service focus
- Effective communication skills – verbal, presentation and written
- Ability to understand and process instructions in a timely and accurate manner
- Evidence of delivery within a demanding environment while managing conflicting priorities
- High Level of IT proficiency
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in HR or recruitment role
- A relevant qualification in HR/CIPD or a desire to pursue your career within HR
- Previous experience working in a busy administration function
