Cpl HR Recruitment are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist on behalf of a large healthcare organisation. This is a fully onsite role in West Dublin within a busy in-house recruitment team supporting multiple sites across the business.
The position will focus on end-to-end recruitment, sourcing healthcare professionals across both the Irish and international markets, and building ongoing talent pipelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with site managers and leadership teams on hiring needs and workforce planning
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through to offer stage
- Support and roll out recruitment strategies across the organisation
- Run recruitment campaigns locally and nationally
- Source candidates through job boards, direct search and international channels
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Liaise with colleges and training providers regarding placements and graduate opportunities
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Follow and improve recruitment processes and systems
- Produce recruitment reports and hiring metrics when required
- Support the Head of Recruitment and wider HR team on projects
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 1+ years recruitment experience in an in-house or internal recruitment environment
- Healthcare recruitment experience is an advantage (not essential)
- Experience managing multiple vacancies at the same time
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Good sourcing ability and comfortable using different recruitment channels
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Organised, proactive and able to work in a busy environment
