Hey there!
Currently looking for Russian Technical Support Engineers to work for one of the world's leading personal technology companies, producing innovative PCs and mobile internet devices, in Glasgow, UK.
The role
You'll be collaborating with a global team. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for ISG hardware, software, and overall problem resolution:
· Provide live call centre technical support using multiple systems, including phone, chat and e-Ticketing. (End-to-end case management.)
· Interface and collaborate with peer Level 1 agents, Level 3 agents, and hardware and software development teams.
What we need from you:
· +2-3 years’ experience working in an AMD (Advanced Micro Devices) AND working in direct contact with customers/clients.
· Experience troubleshooting from a solution level for appropriate data collection (logs) and isolation: architectural level and interfaces between component and the data flow
· Near-native level in Russian and fluency in English
Additional/preferred skills: (you don’t need to have all of them!!)
· Network troubleshooting
· Technical knowledge of VMware (VCP-DCV, VCIX-DCV strongly preferred), Microsoft, Red Hat and SUSE operating systems
· NetApp, Red Hat, Nutanix

· Hybrid working model (from their beautiful office located in Glasgow, UK)
· Salary: £ 35,000 / 40,000 BASE and up to £50,000 with performance bonus.

· Monday-Friday, normal business hours (might need to do the odd day over the weekend!)
