Sales Executive – Car Sales

Our client is growing their sales team and is seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Executive to join their busy dealership. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, a passion for sales, and the drive to meet and exceed targets. You will work with both new and existing customers to identify the right vehicle solutions while delivering an exceptional buying experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs, preferences, and budget
• Follow a structured sales process to maximise customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
• Maintain showroom standards and ensure vehicles are presented professionally
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk‑ins
• Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits
• Support customers through the full sales process from enquiry to delivery
• Liaise with the aftersales team to ensure a smooth handover and excellent customer experience
• Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and CRM updates
• Participate in sales promotions, marketing activity, and dealership events
• Engage in ongoing training to maintain strong product knowledge
