CPL Recruitment is currently on the hunt for a Sales Manager (Weddings & Events) on a permanent full-time basis in Co Tyrone. The role will be based on-site and there will be an expectation to cover hours, including the occasional weekend, outside of the traditional Mon – Fri.

The job:
With a full copy of the Job Spec available on request, the Sales Manager (Weddings & Events) will:
- Have complete autonomy bringing vibrant and fresh new ideas to the table, combining this with your existing hotel sales experience and in-depth knowledge of weddings in a hotel setting.
- Actively attend trade shows showcasing the venue and its facilities and work side by side with couples, securing sales for their big day.
- Promote and secure sales for event spaces for corporate events, while meeting set targets along with driving revenue and guest satisfaction.
The person:
- 3 years’ experience in hotel sales, including sound knowledge of weddings and events.
- Exemplary communication skills: verbal and written with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Commercially minded, target driven with a flair for accuracy and detail.
- Ability to lead and motivate your team.
- Flexible to work hours outside the standard Mon-Fri along with the occasional weekend.
- Driving licence and car for business purposes.
