Our client, a well‑established leader in the tiles, bathrooms, and interiors sector, is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join their Dublin team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional with strong product knowledge and a passion for customer engagement. You will play a key role in driving revenue, nurturing long-term client relationships, and showcasing high‑quality products to both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new sales opportunities.
- Proactively generate leads, qualify prospects, set appointments, and manage the full sales cycle.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge; deliver compelling presentations and product demos.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to ensure targets are met and service standards upheld.
- Assess customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that position the brand effectively.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 3+ years’ sales experience within the tiles, bathrooms, construction, or interiors industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills: English needs to be at C2 level.
- Excellent presentation, problem‑solving, and organisational abilities.
- Professional approach with the ability to influence and close deals.
- Deep understanding of sector products, market trends, and customer needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites and events when required.
