About the Role
In this client-facing position, you’ll work with a dynamic team to strengthen relationships, identify opportunities, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming leads and onboard new clients to drive revenue
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Understand client needs and build long-term, trust-based relationships
- Improve client satisfaction and retention
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for client inquiries or issues
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience
Your Profile
- Fluent in German (C2) and English
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Proactive and self-driven with a strong interest in business development
- Previous experience with retail or e-commerce clients is a plus
- Team-oriented, yet comfortable working independently
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
