Sales Team Lead – Digital Marketing Agency Accounts
We are seeking a dynamic, people-focused Sales Team Lead to inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of multilingual Agency Account & Partner Managers within a leading digital marketing environment. What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a motivated team of Agency Account & Partner Managers, supporting and scaling agency partnerships and advertiser portfolios.
- Set, monitor, and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue targets.
- Identify and remove barriers to improve team productivity and success.
- Coach and develop your team to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Recruit and onboard top talent to maintain a high-performing sales team.
- Motivate and inspire the team through goal-oriented leadership, driving individual and collective performance.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews to ensure continuous growth.
- Uphold high standards of salesmanship and customer engagement quality.
- Lead initiatives to scale operations, solve upstream customer challenges, and grow client revenues.
- Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) and client expectations are consistently met.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex client queries and internal challenges.
Who You Are
- Experienced in leading sales teams within the digital marketing or agency landscape.
- Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and developing sales professionals.
- Proficient in managing KPIs, forecasting sales opportunities, and improving team workflows.
- Strong communicator, fluent in English and ideally additional languages.
- Familiar with CRM systems or sales automation tools like Salesforce.
- Analytical and solution-oriented, with a passion for delivering results.
- Adaptable and collaborative, thriving in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
- Experienced in recruiting and building high-performance sales teams.
