Senior Associate – Commercial / Tech Transactions & Digital Regulation, Dublin | Hybrid Working
We are working with a leading international firm who are seeking a Senior Associate to join their expanding Commercial team in Dublin. This role offers the opportunity to advise clients in technology, media, entertainment, and life sciences, focusing on commercial contracts, privacy, data protection, and digital regulation.
- Advise on complex commercial contracts with a focus on technology and IP.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients navigating regulatory frameworks, including the Digital Services Act and AI Act.
- Work closely with colleagues across the global network on multi-jurisdictional projects.
- Assist in managing and growing the practice while supporting business development.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver practical, commercially focused advice
You:
- Qualified solicitor with significant experience in commercial law.
- Proven track record advising on complex, high-value commercial matters.
- Strong understanding of Irish and EU competition law, and interest in digital regulation/AI.
- Excellent drafting, advisory, and negotiation skills.
- Ambition to become a leader in the Dublin commercial practice.
- Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members.
