Cpl Life Sciences are actively recruiting for a Senior Global Study Lead to join a leading Biotech to work across a number of therapy areas within their expanding portfolio. If you have Global Lead experience and have worked in Early Development then this will be a great opportunity for you.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Strategic direction and guidance
- Provide operational input into protocol development
- Manage third-party vendors
- Process improvements and drive new initiatives
- Set-up and maintenance of study systems
- Lead the execution of large complex clinical trials
- Feasibility assessments
- Ensuring compliance with clinical trial registry requirements
- Baseline budget and timeline development
Previous experience required:
- 2+ years in a Global Lead position
- Ability to work on multiple studies simultaneously
- Early phase experience is a must
- Outsourced vendor management experience
- Minimum of 8 years industry experience
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
