Job Summary:
In this position, you'll draw upon your scientific or engineering expertise to support design control, risk management, and quality assurance across a variety of dynamic projects. A familiarity working win a collaborative, regulated environments is desired—whether their background is mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, or a scientific discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive efforts in design control, risk analysis, change management, customer feedback resolution, and deviation handling.
- Act as a technical specialist or project lead on high-impact, cross-functional initiatives involving global teams.
- Apply strong analytical skills and technical knowledge to address product and process challenges.
- Collaborate closely with teams in Product Development, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to ensure seamless execution and project success.
- Demonstrate initiative and ownership while expanding your skill set in a fast-paced, supportive work environment.
Essential Requirements:
- A degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical or biomedical) or a scientific discipline (e.g., chemistry, materials science, life sciences).
- Experience working within regulated sectors such as medical devices, combination products, or pharmaceuticals.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease.
- Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory practices—such as design control and risk management—is advantageous, but not mandatory.
