Flexsource NI are currently recruiting for an Senior Mechanical Coordinator on a permanent fulltime basis.
This role is based in our clients Newry office, however will require travel to residential and commercial client sites across Louth, Meath, Dublin and Wicklow areas.
Responsibilities:
With a full JD available on request, you will:
· Lead mechanical coordination from preconstruction to handover to the construction team, across multiple assigned projects
· Host preconstruction meetings with clients, consultants and contractors. Reporting to senior management on progress
· Act as a liaison between the design team, contractors and other internal teams
· Over see the job set up and readiness prior to project commencement
· Mentor and support junior coordinators within the mechanical team
Requirements:
· 5+ years experience working in a mechanical coordination or technical project delivery environment
· Proven track record working with complex mechanical systems
· Formal qualification in mechanical engineering or building services
· A trade background with progression into coordination roles would be advantageous but not essential
