Opportunity
Due to continued growth in our Technology teams, we are now expanding our Technology Contract Recruitment division further across our CEE offices and have opportunities for experienced recruiters here in Bulgaria.
The role
You will be working directly with an exceptionally wide and varied client base, becoming the key go to consultant for Tech contract resources from sourcing and placing talent, ensuring clients are aware of talent and market knowledge as well as building out long standing and valued relationships with clients and candidates alike.
- The main focus of your role will be to build desk of Tech contractors through active business development of the market, through building your own and the Cpl brand
- This is a fantastic opportunity to help build and shape the division, progress professionally and becoming a key member of the Cpl Bulgaria business.
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing, to offer acceptance and ongoing management of contract staff.
- Identify, attract, and engage with the best talent, from sourcing and referrals
- Building valued and long-standing client and candidate relationships as well as effective networks
- Ensure a consistent pipeline of roles and candidates
- Collaborating and working alongside our international recruiters and sourcers to secure top technology talent.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience in Technology Recruitment
- You are sales and business driven with motivation and experience for developing new relationships and delivering individual targets on a monthly basis
- Experience with social media and professional networks
- Committed, Results oriented and can-do attitude is essential for success
- Ability interacting with high level decision makers and managing expectations
- Proficiency in English Fluent level of English – both written and spoken
- Strong relationship builder able to communicate and forge excellent working relationships
- Strong time and task management skills under tight deadlines
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a desire to contribute Cpl’s success and reputation
- Commercially focused with strong numeracy skills
