Senior Speech and Language Therapist – Adult Services
Location: Dublin West | Hours: Full-time (35 hrs/week) | Salary: €63,912 – €75,254 per annum

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Speech and Language Therapist to join our Adult Services team. In this rewarding permanent role, you’ll provide evidence-based therapy and support to adults with intellectual disabilities, enhancing their communication and quality of life.
What you’ll do:
- Assess, diagnose and manage communication and FEDS needs
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care
- Supervise junior and student SLTs, contributing to a culture of learning and collaboration
- Participate in service development and quality improvement initiatives
What you’ll bring:
- CORU registration and a recognised Speech & Language Therapy qualification
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience
- Full driving licence and access to own car
- Experience working with adults who have intellectual disabilities or complex communication and/or swallowing needs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
