· Part-time – project basis – estimated at 20 hours / week
· 100% remote – must be located in Ireland
· Occasional travel to Dublin office is desirable but not required.

Specializing in interest rate swaps and related instruments, they provide a high-performance marketplace designed to support fast, efficient price discovery, electronic execution, and end-to-end processing.
Responsibilities and Deliverables
· Design all user experience (UX) components using Axure RP (https://www.axure.com/)
· Enhance existing UX and create new front-end components
· Collaborate with CEO to ensure UX components meet all requirements for functionality and aesthetics
· Partner with front-end developers to ensure implementations align with designed UX.
Mandatory Experience
· 5+ years designing UX in the financial services industry
· 3+ years designing UX using Axure
Desired Experience
· 2+ years designing UX for electronic trading of securities or other financial assets
Key Skills
· Clear, concise and accurate written communication skills
· Strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit; thrive in a high-pressure environment
Qualifications
· Bachelor of Arts, Science or Fine Arts in User Experience Design, Bachelor’s in Human-Computer Interaction, Bachelor’s in Interactive Design or equivalent.
· Masters degree a plus
