Service & Sales Performance Coach – Dublin Airport
Location: Dublin Airport
Hours: 40-hour week, Monday to Sunday (flexibility required for evenings, weekends & holidays)
Our client is seeking a dynamic and people-focused Service & Sales Performance Coach to play a key role in frontline operations at Dublin Airport. This is a hands-on, customer-facing leadership position where you'll coach and mentor staff, drive service excellence, and support sales growth through performance optimisation.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales Coaching
- Promote and sell products and services, consistently meeting or exceeding personal sales targets
- Deliver coaching to team members on sales techniques and customer engagement to drive station revenue
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service standards on the frontline
- Mentor and develop team performance, encouraging accountability and a results-driven mindset
Operational Oversight
- Ensure all staff are fully trained and compliant with company procedures and policies
- Partner with Station Management to ensure adequate vehicle availability to meet demand
- Lead performance tracking on upgrades—monitoring conversion rates, revenue per transaction, and customer value
- Train and coach staff on delivering service-led upgrade conversations to enhance the customer experience
- Oversee rental documentation and underwriting accuracy to ensure compliance
- Maintain a high standard of security across vehicles, premises, and sensitive data
Standards & Safety
- Promote a clean, professional, and customer-ready environment at all times
- Follow all safety policies and procedures; take responsibility for own health and safety and support that of colleagues
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management
What You’ll Need:
- Full clean B driving licence (held for a minimum of 2 years preferred)
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership background, with proven ability to coach and motivate front-facing teams
- Sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced, target-led environment
- Confident coaching style with a passion for people development and continuous improvement
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to balance people, performance, and operational priorities
