We are currently accepting CVs for the role of Service Manager in their new Community Service based in Blackrock. Successful candidate will be employed on a full time basis (37 hours per week) and manage a new community based service.
As Service Manager, you will be the Person in Charge (PIC) for HIQA purposes, leading day-to-day operations, managing teams, ensuring compliance, and delivering excellent outcomes for the people our client supports.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day service delivery
- Ensure compliance with HIQA, safeguarding, and regulatory standards
- Recruit, develop, and support multidisciplinary teams
- Manage budgets, resources, and workforce planning
- Promote community inclusion and continuous service improvement
Essential Requirements
- Third-level or relevant professional qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ management experience in disability, social care, or healthcare
- Strong knowledge of HIQA and safeguarding
- Experience leading teams and managing budgets
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Full clean driving licence and eligibility to work in Ireland
Desirable
- Experience in new service development
- Knowledge of the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015
