We look to hire an experienced Site Manager for large project in Dublin City Centre.
As a Site Manager you will have 5+ years solid site experience within the construction and building industry, preferably for a Main Contractor. The successful candidate will have experience of working on high quality medium to large scale projects in various sectors and wealth of knowledge in Fit Out.
Education & Skills Required for the role
- 3rd level qualification or trade background with relevant experience
- Excellent organisation & time management skills
- Proven track record of working to strict timescales, with strong attention to detail
- Excellent client facing skills
- Thorough knowledge of building practices
- Valid Safe pass and Manual Handling certification desirable
- RC frame & Fitouts experience required
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible to the Contracts Manager to perform all duties as agreed
- Oversee operations on a day-to-day basis while monitoring and tracking progress
- Ensure Quality standards are always maintained.
- Co-ordinate and manage subcontractors and other labour workers
- Ensure all materials, supplies, tools and equipment are procured in a time efficient manner
- Attending daily briefings
- Front-line management of all industrial relations matters
- Ensuring compliance and completion of all company procedures and all contractual commitments are achieved
- Workplace Health and Safety Management and implementation (Safety Manuals)
