Cpl Healthcare is delighted to announce our partnership with a reputable social care provider whose mission is to support young people in reaching their full potential and successfully integrating into their communities. Due to continued expansion, we are currently recruiting Social Care Leaders for permanent positions based in Two Mile Borris, Co. Tipperary.
The successful candidate will provide a direct, high-quality service to young people under the age of 12, in line with the policies and procedures set out by our client. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role within a supportive and child-centred residential environment.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Relevant qualification in Social Care (minimum Level 7)
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience within Social Care in Children’s Residential Services
- Previous experience in a similar setting is desirable
- Knowledge and understanding of HIQA standards
- Full, clean driver’s licence preferred
- Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rota, including days, nights, evenings, and weekends
