All candidates must have a minimum of 6 months paid experience within a similar role from the last 3 years
Duties:
- Providing physical support which can involve helping with household tasks and personal care
- Providing emotional support for the patient and their family.
- Helping with health care needs, including routine checks or providing them with medication
- Helping to develop personal skills through hobbies and interests.
- Teaching vital life skills, such as shopping, using public transport and paying for bills.
- Working with other healthcare professionals to ensure that all care needs meet the highest possible standards.
