Senior Speech & Language Therapists – Dublin North, North Central & Northwest (CHODNCC)
Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with our clients, is currently recruiting experienced and dedicated Senior Speech & Language Therapists to join a vibrant, multidisciplinary team supporting children and young people (ages 0-18) with complex needs.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Speech & Language Therapist, you will play a key role in assessing and delivering tailored therapy services to children and adolescents with a range of speech, language, and communication challenges. This is a meaningful opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment and make a real impact on young lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop and implement personalised, evidence-based therapy programmes.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team—including occupational therapists, psychologists, educators, and other professionals—to create cohesive, client-centred treatment plans.
- Provide guidance and education to families and caregivers to support communication development at home.
- Take a lead role in the Assessment of Need (AON) process under the Disability Act.
- Regularly review progress and adjust intervention plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and reports.
Essential Criteria:
- Recognised qualification in Speech & Language Therapy.
- Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience, ideally with a background in paediatric physiotherapy.
- CORU registered or eligible for CORU registration.
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Genuine passion for supporting children and young people with disabilities.
- Full driving licence preferred.
