Cpl are inviting applications for the position of Staff Nurse with Mowlam Healthcare, Ireland’s largest private nursing home provider.

Duties and Responsibilities

•                                Ensure all residents are treated with dignity, privacy, and respect, recognising each person as an individual.

•                                Implement and understand the Named Nurse concept, maintaining all relevant documentation to required standards.

•                                Build meaningful relationships with residents, relatives, and visitors; provide appropriate support at all times, particularly during bereavement.

•                                Ensure all staff adhere to Mowlam Healthcare policies and procedures.

•                                Maintain clear, concise, and accurate records in compliance with legislation and Mowlam Healthcare standards.

•                                Ensure adherence to policies for the safe control, administration, and custody of all drugs and medicines.

•                                Demonstrate knowledge of HIQA standards and actively participate in inspection processes.

•                                Carry out all admissions accurately and ensure all required documentation is completed.

•                                Liaise effectively with healthcare professionals regarding resident discharges to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

•                                Registered on the NMBI live register.

•                                Authorisation to work in Ireland in place, in the form of stamp 1g, stamp 4, or Ire/UK/EU citizenship

•                                Recent relevant work experience
