Cpl Recruitment are looking for a Part-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a Manufacturing client on a temporary 6 month basis initially. Based in North Cork.
- €22.19 per hour
- 24 hours a week
- Mon - Fri
- 6 month contract initially
Responsibilities:
- Help develop and update job descriptions and job specifications as required
- Post jobs to appropriate platforms
- Source and recruit candidates
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
- Coordinate all interview arrangements and provide expert advice to the selection panels.
- Conduct interviews
- Help onboard new employees to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Responsibility for the creation and implementation of weekly and monthly recruitment reports
Requirements:
- Proven work experience of 2+ years as a Recruiter
- Manufacturing Recruitment experience Desired
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes
- Strong decision-making skills
