In this role we are looking for a talent acquisition specialist who has experience providing excellent recruitment delivery, who understands the operations of the recruitment life cycle.
As a pivotal member of the team, you will assume a client-facing role, actively supporting the Service Delivery Manager in the implementation and management of our Total Talent Solution. You will be expected to leverage your direct sourcing skills, including developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Utilising methods such as networking, referrals, and social media, you will identify and engage candidates to ensure the acquisition of high-quality talent.
Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the competitiveness of our recruitment efforts. Additionally, you will coordinate and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and qualifications, contributing to the overall success of recruitment operations. This proactive approach will ensure the seamless alignment of our processes with client expectations, ultimately enhancing our partnerships and project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Working collaboratively with the Service Delivery Manager and client’s teams to define hiring needs, processes, and timelines.
Have a deep understanding of our client’s employee value proposition and develop a go to market narrative to attract talent.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Utilise direct sourcing methods such as networking, referrals, and social media to identify and engage candidates.
Attend weekly operations and ongoing periodic review meetings with clients.
Coordinate and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and qualifications.
Provide regular updates and weekly and monthly reports on recruitment progress to clients.
Support with managing candidate’s through the recruitment process
Communicate effectively with candidates and key stakeholders to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing.
Manage all internal recruitment and advertise all roles internally and on client website and LinkedIn
Build relationships with HR, key stakeholders and temps/contractors onsite.
Requirements for this role
1+ years’ experience in recruitment/ talent delivery
Highly organised with proven experience in a busy administration environment
Experience screening candidates against competencies and or skillsets
Proven track record of managing a high volume of candidates throughout recruitment processes
Ability to adapt to new technical systems, application tracking systems ATS like workday, greenhouse etc.
Excellent Microsoft office skills, advantage if you have the skills with PowerPoint for client presentations
Proven track record or meeting delivery SLA’s & KPI’s
Demonstrates the flexibility and adaptability to be successful when situations change.
Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage and connect with people.
