DANISH -Customer Service / Technical Support
We are currently recruiting fluent Danish speakers to work in Technical Support.
This role is an entry-level position as a Customer Support Technical Agent working with Danish Business to Business (B2B) queries. Full training and support are provided, including support for relocation if coming from abroad. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to develop transferable skills in customer service, IT troubleshooting, problem determination, teamwork, and quality control.
The ideal candidate has a healthy interest in technology and enjoys solving problems, is customer-focused, enthusiastic, and motivated to take charge of both customer satisfaction and query resolution
Day-to-day duties:
You will be answering incoming contacts via phone, mail, and ticket system from businesses that are having technical issues. You'll have to assist them using relevant tools and systems and using effective listening and communication skills.
You may be asked to help mentor new hires once you reach the seniority required for it.
To thrive in this role, you need to be good at working with targets and handling large numbers of queries/tickets.
Essential Competencies:
- Interested in working with IT
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Danish
- Friendly and outgoing manner
Salary and benefits:
- 32,000 Euro salary for the evening or night shift
- Relocation package (must be eligible to work in Ireland (not processing visas))
