Technical Support Analyst (Irish speaker)
Your Responsibilities:
- Responding to clients via phone, call handling systems or email
- Resolving IT problems remotely using relevant tools and systems or by dispatching for onsite support
- Providing regular updates to customers on call status
- Documenting and following process through tickets systems
- Customer oriented, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive, and motivated person with deep interest in technology
- Written and oral fluency in Irish (Gaeilge) and English
- Working experience in a technical support or customer service (desirable, but not mandatory)
- Knowledge of printer hardware, Local Area Networking or Remote Access tools can be an advantage
- Full training and valuable experience in stimulative business environment
- Building skills in customer service, IT, problem solving, teamwork, coaching and mentoring
- Opportunity to work with global customers in a multicultural environment
- Excellent possibilities of internal promotions (after successful completion of probation)
Salary: €26,000 per year
Contract: Full-time permanent with Covalen
Working hours: Flexible shift pattern, no night shifts
Location: Leixlip, Co. Kildare, Ireland (Online onboarding and WFH during the pandemic.)
