Training Specialist – (German speaker)
Location : Dublin (Hybrid)
Contract Type : Temp / Contractor
Responsibilities
· Deliver and facilitate one-to-one client on-boarding, one-to-many webinars as well as live client roundtable events for the German market.
· Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent processes, programs and customer experience globally
· Update training materials and review localizations as directed
· Recommend changes to training materials and facilitation design
· Prepare training reports (e.g., weekly progress reports and training summaries)
· Become an expert on various in house training methodologies and systems
· Provide weekly engagement and moderation within the community
· Understand customers’ business goals and objectives and develop strong rapport with them, owning the customer relationship during the 30-day onboarding phase
· Effectively project manage customer onboarding projects, ensuring a successful and timely onboarding for each account
· Maintain strong communication with account team members to ensure smooth internal handover
Skills / Experience
· Strong communication skills in GERMAN ( Required)
· 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Training, or L&D setting.
· Proven track record of conducting ILT/vILT learning programmes.
· Work experience in a client- or customer-facing position (such as Account Management, Client Success, or Customer Success).
· Ability to thrive while providing customer service via the phone or email; strong sense of customer empathy; relationship driven.
· Excellent communication abilities, including the capacity to discuss both technical specifics and subjects like sales enablement and process.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent listener; able to simplify complicated concepts and adjust tone for various audiences.
· Strong time management, project management, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
· Confidence while presenting to audiences of any size and status, from end users to executives.
