Job description;

Flexsource is presently hiring for an exciting new position for our client, a global leader in supply chain, logistics, and distribution based in Ballymun, Co.Dublin.

My Client is seeking 1 month holiday cover for a Transport Clerk for Night Shift to join them and manage their everyday operations.

Key Responsibilities;

Assign Driver Vehicle and maintain transportation-related documents
Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and other departments to ensure smooth timely loading and unloading
Check and Track Drivers Tacho and working hours
Handle and resolve any transportation-related issues, such as delays, damaged goods, or discrepancies in documentation
Check out vehicles keys and assign Bays
Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities and prepare reports as required by management
Ad hoc duties as required

Key Requirements;

High Attention to detail
Good organizational skills
Ideally previous Transport Office Experience
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to think critically
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Pay;

Day clerk duties - €17.05 p/h
Night clerk duties - €18.75 p/h

Shift Times;

Day Shift 07:00 - 19:00 and Night Sift 19:00 - 07:00
