Your Main Responsibilities
- Support Territory Managers with marketing materials and customer requests
- Coordinate events, webinars, and major congresses
- Assist with invoice management, financial queries, and audit preparations
- Support sales team with offer creation and meeting organisation
- Liaise with customer service on order processing and delivery issues
Your Skills & Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in customer support, marketing, or sales administration
- Fluent in German and French, with professional English
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in science, business, or marketing)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
