Warehouse Team Leader
We are recruiting a Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy warehouse team in Co.Kildare. This is a temp-to-perm role, offering the opportunity to transition to a permanent position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of warehouse operatives
- Ensure daily operations run efficiently, safely, and accurately
- Allocate tasks and monitor team productivity
- Operate Counterbalance and Reach forklifts as required
- Maintain stock accuracy and oversee dispatch processes
- Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times
Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance & Reach FLT licences (essential)
- Previous warehouse team leader or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- PPT licence is a bonus but not essential
Pay & Hours
- €18.00 per hour
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
- 40 hours per week (includes 30-minute unpaid break)
