Customer Service & Administration Opportunities (2 Roles Available)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm
€17.41 per hour

We are currently recruiting for two exciting office-based administration opportunities within busy and professional educational and corporate support environments.
These positions are ideal for candidates who enjoy working with people, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting day-to-day administrative operations. Successful candidates will act as key points of contact, managing a high volume of queries while ensuring a professional and positive experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact for customer, employee, student, and stakeholder enquiries.
- Respond professionally to queries via email, telephone, and face-to-face interactions.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across a range of functions.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Support operational activities, reporting requirements, and administrative processes.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.
- Manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure all information is handled confidentially and accurately.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a busy administrative, customer service, office support, or coordinator role.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with a wide range of people.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a helpful, approachable, and solutions-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment.
- Professional approach to handling confidential and sensitive information.
Desirable
- Experience supporting HR, education, professional services, or operational teams.
- Exposure to database management, scheduling, or records administration.
- Experience working in a customer-facing environment with a high volume of queries.
