Rachael is the Talent Insight Lead for the Cpl Future of Work Institute, a position she began in September 2018. Prior to joining Cpl, Rachael worked as a Product Specialist/Project Lead at Qualtrics, focusing on both employee experience (EX) and customer experience (CX).
Rachael has a PhD in Cognitive Psychology from Trinity College Dublin and has worked as an Associate Faculty Lecturer in Psychology at the National College of Ireland.
