Cpl UK – Healthcare have an unmissable amount of work for an ACP to work in an Urgent treatment centre in Nottingham.
This is the perfect opportunity for an individual who can start ASAP looking for AD HOC shifts.
The UTC has AD HOC agency shifts available for clinicians who have experience of working in a face to face setting dealing with patients who present with undifferentiated conditions (minor injury and illness), they must be able to work autonomously, they will be able to carry out a full consultation- includes history taking, examination, diagnosis, treating under patient group directions, or ideally non-medical prescribers (V300), they will be able to discharge patients or refer appropriately to secondary care if needed. We have an onsite x-ray for limbs so ability to know when an x-ray is clinically indicated would be helpful but there is no requirement to view the image as all x-rays are hot reported.
Please note, we are unable to sponsor visas. We require the Right to Work in the UK.
Job Description:
-Strong communication skills
-ASAP start
-Varied shifts over 7 days. between 6:45am - 10pm.
- Pay rate of £31ph -£58ph
The successful candidate must have the following criteria:
-Minimum of 6 months’ experience working in Urgent treatment/care centres, walk in centres, out of hours GP or Minor injuries unit.
-Valid DBS
