Administrative Supervisor

We are currently looking for an Administrative Supervisor for our client based in Citywest, Dublin 24 to join their facilities management department.

The successful candidate will be required to:

·      Respond to operational needs such as Health and Safety

·       Liaison with agencies and departments on facilities management issues

·       Checking and ordering stock daily

·       Management of meeting rooms

·       Ensuring order details and relevant tax details are up to date

·       Ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed

·       Chair the Recycling Committee and manage the recycling plastic procedures

·       Planning of possible issues relation to all facilities management

·       Conducting meetings

·       Ensuring all documents are continuously updated such as fire evacuation, incident

responses

·       Managing of visitors, suppliers, donors and VIPs

The ideal candidate will have:

·       Previous experience in a Supervising role

·       Strong Knowledge of Microsoft office suite

·      Strong accuracy and attention to detail

·       Excellent communication skills

·      A strong understanding of excellent health & safety practices
