My client is looking to recruit a Administrator to join their Planning and Capacity department, this is a semi state run organisation in the medical field located in the city center.
They are offering 3 days a week working from home - 2 days in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and maintenance of departmental work plans and schedules.
Support capacity planning and workload forecasting activities.
Assist with the tracking of project milestones and performance metrics.
Coordinate resource allocation tracking and internal planning processes.
Provide administrative support to team, including data entry, filing, scheduling, and reporting.
Maintain and update departmental records, databases, and planning tools.
Prepare reports and presentations to support planning discussions and decision-making.
Support the preparation and formatting of documentation for internal meetings and external submissions.
Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather data on workload, timelines, and resource needs.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely sharing of planning information.
Facilitate effective internal communication to align operational planning with organisational goals.
Assist in the identification of opportunities to enhance planning processes and resource use.
Support the implementation of improved systems and tools for planning and capacity management.
Contribute to internal projects aimed at enhancing departmental efficiency and service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
A relevant third-level qualification (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent).
At least 2 years of relevant administrative or planning experience in a regulatory, healthcare, or scientific environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
