Administrator Executive

Our Client, an Educational Institution is looking to hire an Administrator Executive on a temporary Full-Time contract for 1 month.

Role Summary:

The post holder will deliver high-level, professional, and efficient executive support to the President, managing a wide range of administrative responsibilities. Key duties include:

• Managing the President’s diary and scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and appointments.
• Preparing materials and documentation for the President’s meetings.
• Monitoring and responding to emails directed to the Office of the President.
• Drafting formal, high-level correspondence as required.
• Coordinating the President’s travel arrangements.
• Organising and overseeing high-profile events, including visits from dignitaries, government ministers, and other VIPs.
• Supporting the planning and execution of Honorary Conferring ceremonies, including preparing guest lists, sending invitations, managing RSVPs, and other related tasks.
• Providing administrative support to the Director of Planning & Administration, as needed.

Role Requirements:

·      Exceptional accuracy and strong attention to detail.

·      Demonstrated tact, professionalism, diplomacy, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

·      Proven experience in drafting high-quality correspondence, report writing, and meticulous proofreading.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving work environment.

·      Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

·      Experience with Agresso (or similar financial/administrative systems).

·      Familiarity with the third-level education sector, with a strong understanding of the Irish higher education landscape.
